Installation of CSF|CSG harmonic reducer bearings

Luoyang BRS Bearing Co.,Ltd started to manufacture output bearings for CSF/CSG series harmonic drive units since 2010. CSF|CSG harmonic reducer bearing's outer ring is separable and inner ring adopt integrated structure. It can sustain radial, axial and moment loads at the same time, meanwhile, crossed roller bearings for harmonic reducer gear unit has high stiffness, high rotation accuracy and high loading capacity. Both inner ring and outer ring are processed with many precision holes for connecting with working parts, so installation is very convenient.

 


CSF|CSG harmonic reducer gear unit bearing Installation Steps

1. Before installation, please clean bearing bracket, shaft, or other components, make sure there is no burrs or rough edge.

2. Install the locating pin to output bearing

3. Install the Screw 1, then install the Screw 2.

4. Install the wave generator and related components.
